A cream alternative made from a blend of buttermilk and vegetable oil. Perfect for cooking, pouring and whipping. Meadowland is more stable than dairy cream in applications using acids, such as lemon juice and alcohol. Does not split, even when boiled and whips to 2.5 times its own volume when whipped from chilled. Once whipped it is stable for up to four hours and even longer if kept chilled. Use straight from the pack in the same way as dairy cream. Flip top lid for easy opening, pouring and re-sealing. No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
