Red Onion & Gruyere Tartlets (48 x 75g)
Little & Cull's Red Onion & Gruyere Tartlets are wonderful as a starter or light lunch. The tartlets have roasted red onion with tangy gruyere in a free range egg custard, with a light shortcrust pastry base. Based in Devon, Little & Cull source their ingredients as close as possible, making full use of the wonderful produce available in the West Country and UK. They believe provenance is key to the quality products they create. Wherever possible they source farm-assured British meat and free-range eggs to use in their dishes.
