    Charcuterie Sharing Boards

A charcuterie board is a beautiful platter filled with cured meats, cheeses, olives, bread and more. It’s a must have on every menu and is ideal as an appetiser or for serving small plates and sharing boards.

Designed to share amongst friends, charcuterie boards are the perfect way for your customers to while away time catching up with loved ones, and they can help create a relaxed and social dining experience.

With endless food and wine pairing combinations, the charcuterie board is one of the easiest and quickest dishes to create and has a real wow factor for guests - ideal if you are a deli or wine bar and want to serve quality food that doesn’t take too long to prepare. It also makes financial sense as there is no chef/ cooking involved and it doesn’t require a full commercial kitchen set up.

Given the rise in the cost of living, starters, small plates, and sides will play a key role as eating habits shift, and they’re also well positioned to gain share of stomach as consumers look for more snacking and sharing.

Sharing platters and boards are particularly popular in Spain and Italy, where friends and family sit at a bar with cheese, meat, and bread, whilst having a glass of wine (or beer) in the sun over the course of a few hours.

To create your own charcuterie board to impress your customers, why not try the Tapas and Antipasto assortment packs from our Spanish and Italian brands who specialise in maintaining local tradition and heritage:

    Campofrio Tapas Assortment (8x120g)

Create a delicious, authentic Spanish Tapas sharing platter with this trio of cured meats, including Serrano Ham Slices, Chorizo Slices and Salchichon Slices.

    Fiorucci Antipasto Italian Selection (8x120g)

Create a delicious, authentic Italian sharing platter with this trio of cured meats, including Prosciutto Crudo, Coppa, and Salami Milano.

Both charcuterie packs can be used as an alternative, rather than addition to a meal. Add bread, cheese, crackers, cornichons, olives and sun-dried tomatoes to your board and each pack will be filling for two people, and a generous snack for four.

The perfect accompaniment to a cold refreshing cold beer, or carefully sourced wine!
