    Recruitment Controller

    Location: Boston
    Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
    Days of Work: Monday to Friday, £28,000-£32,000 p/a
    Term: Permanent

    The successful applicant will manage the full range of HR related duties when recruiting and on-boarding talent. In addition to finding and retaining talent you will represent the business at career events and promote the business effectively. In addition, you will be confident and capable of supporting the HR team with HR related correspondence and be familiar with the demands of a busy HR environment. Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Recruit and onboarding talent for the business
    • Responsible for ensuring creative methods are used to find talent and manage passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a role
    • Produce timely reports and improve retention
    • Represent the business at career events and promote the business effectively
    • Communicating effectively to all applicants and departments within the business in a timely manner
    • Supporting the HR team with HR related correspondence
