    Stir-Fry Beef in Cantonese Satay Sauce

    Cantonese style stir-fry is a popular cooking technique that originated in Southern China's Canton region. This cooking style is characterised by its fast cooking method, high heat, and the use of a wok to achieve a perfect balance of flavours, textures, and aromas.

    It's popular worldwide due to its versatility and simplicity, making it a quick and easy meal to prepare, and it is also an ideal way to incorporate a variety of vegetables and proteins into a healthy and delicious dish.

    This recipe using our Kin's Kitchen Cantonese Satay Sauce is a must have for any menu.



    Serves - 10  |  Cook Time - 8 minutes  |  Prep Time - 2 minutes


    Method


      • Add vegetable oil to a wok and stir-fry your beef strips until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

      • Slice the peppers and onion.

      • Add the vegetables to the wok and quickly stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

      • Add cooked beef back into the work and stir in Kin's Kitchen Cantonese Satay sauce. Keep on the heat for another 1-2 minutes until piping hot and the beef is coated in the sauce and the vegetables are tender.

      • Serve with rice or noodles.
