    Telesales Executive Part Time

    Hours of Work: 25 hours per week £13,333 p/a +Bonus
    Days of Work: Monday to Friday 12:00-17:00
    Term: Permanent

    As a Telesales Executive you will work within an energetic and vibrant environment and customer service will be your top priority. This is a fast-paced role, you will be naturally out going, with the ability to build and develop strong relationships, demonstrating sales experience and confidence. You will be responsible for building repeat business informing customers of our extensive product range and possess the ability to recognise and convert sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • With a solid background in both telesales and customers service you will build repeat business by developing strong customer relationships.
    • Recognise sales opportunities for a customer, whilst using your knowledge of our extensive product range.
    • Account development -maintaining and growing existing accounts and working with the Account Manager to manage new and developed customer accounts.
    • Handling any issues.
    • Communicating between other departments on the business.
    • Ensuring customer’s expectations are managed and fulfilled.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Good planning and organisational skills.
    • Naturally outgoing and self-motivated.
    • Great at communicating and forming relationships.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Good at adapting to customers and situations.
    • Basic literacy and numeracy and good computer skills.
