Each base is made using a mix of soft and malt wheat flour and undergoes an extended proving period before being individually hand-stretched, topped with fresh Emilia Romagna tomato pulp and stone baked in Italy. Ready to be topped, baked and served in minutes!
Ingredients
Soft WHEAT flour, water, salt, sunflower oil, yeast, malted wheat flour, tomato pulp (salt, oregano).
Cooking & Handling
For best results, thaw before use. Top pizza base with the desired toppings. For a convection oven, bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for 8 - 10 minutes. For a pizza oven, bake in a preheated oven at 320°C for 3 - 4 minutes.
