Apples & Pears

From crisp, refreshing apples to sweet, fragrant pears, every variety has its own character and its own moment in the season. We look to British orchards when the season allows, following the harvest before turning to trusted growing regions overseas as the seasons change. From sharp and crunchy to soft and fragrant, each variety brings its own balance of sweetness, acidity and texture.
