Weighted items are only displayed with the kg price and not a total price. An example of this would be minced beef, which is ordered in kg measures.

Our minimum delivery value is £150.

Our meat is responsibly sourced and often farmed from a range of places. If you would like to know more about how we source any of our product, please contact us here.

Delivery is free if you place an order over the minimum delivery value of £150.

We are currently only able to deliver to business customers.

You can apply to become a customer by completing a short form. Once complete, our team will be in touch to set you up and discuss your delivery options.

The set up process usually takes around 48 hours. As soon as your deliveries are scheduled you will be able to place your first order.

Each account is set up using an email address. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. We will then send you a reset link to the registered email address.

You are able to collect your order from our depot in Boston.

Your dedicated account manager will be able to provide training on how to order online.

Sometimes products are discontinued and will no longer appear on our website. Sometimes product codes are changed due to a change in ingredients, allergens, or pack size. If you are unable to find a product by using a product code, try searching for it by name in the search bar. If you are still unable to find it, please contact us here.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our website, we’re unable to make any changes. However, you can place additional orders on the website until 8pm the same day.

You cannot add to or edit an order once it has been placed. You can place additional orders, through the website if you need to add additional items to your order. Our customers services team are here to help.

You can cancel a future order by selection ‘my account’ and choosing you order from your future orders.

All of our vehicles depart from our depots in Boston and Colchester. We deliver to just inside the M25 and as far north as Bridlington and Sheffield and as far as Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

You will receive your order on the day of your next delivery in your area. Customers can select any delivery date within their allotted delivery days.
