Experience beautifully aged steaks, and more, with our signature Himalayan Salt-aged method. The meat is aged in our Himalayan Salt Chamber which means it develops a remarkable depth of flavour and a melting tenderness.
The chamber itself features an entire wall of natural Himalayan salt bricks that regulate the atmosphere and slowly enhance the richness and texture of each cut.
