Cooking & Handling
Take out from box quantity needed & defrost for 1 hour at room temperature. Best before date to be applied manually on front of pack maximum 72 hours from defrost OR if no best before date is applied, make sure product is only on shelf for 48 hours maximum after defrost to ensure the product is used within date. ‘Eat on day of purchase’ is to ensure the consumer eats the product within the shelf life
