Altana di Vico Rosso is a light, soft red wine crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Negroamara grapes in Puglia, Italy.
Unoaked in style, it offers generous fark fruit flavours with notes of ripe cherries, subtle spice and soft tannins, creating a smooth, medium-bodied wine with an easy-drinking finish. Often described as a "baby Shiraz", it delivers rich fruit character and gentle warmth in a lighter, more approachable style.
With an ABV of 12.5%, this red pairs beautifully with Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as aubergine and chickpea stew. Its smooth, approachable style also makes it an excellent choice to enjoy on its own.
