Cooking & Handling
Put the sealed bag in the refrigerator and open only after thawing when needed and use the whole bag immediately. Or put the desired amount of fruit in a container after rubbing the avocado with lemon to block oxygen exposure (as with fresh product) and allow to thaw in the refrigerator. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
