Ingredients
1 Gold Billion Bar 39.5g (AG0023)
2 scoops Vanilla ice cream (30200)
1 scoop Chocolate ice cream (849976)
2 tablespoons chocolate ganache
2 tablespoons caramel sauce (A99053)
ΒΌ cup whipped cream (Z6111)
Chocolate sprinkles (A8654)
Method
1. Add ice cream to a bowl or glass
2. Add chocolate ganache drizzled over ice cream.
4. Chop half the Gold Billion Bar into chunks and add to bowl
5. Add caramel sauce drizzled over entire dish.
6. Top with whipped cream.
7. Add remaining half of Gold Billion Bar
8. Cover entire dish with chocolate sprinkles
