Supplied frozen for convenience, Wildflour Blueberry & Banana Loaf offers excellent consistency with minimal waste. Supplied as a whole loaf, it can be cut into 10–12 generous portions, making it ideal for cafés, coffee shops and afternoon tea menus looking to serve a premium artisan loaf cake.

Cooking & Handling
For use, thaw in the refrigerator in a sealed container overnight. If storing refrigerated, keep below 5°C, keep covered at all times. Eat within 7 days. Do not display at ambient temperature for more than 2 days
