They are Red Tractor assured, it also meets recognised standards covering areas including food safety, animal welfare and traceability.

For the best result, season simply with salt and pepper, then pan-sear, grill or reverse-sear until a rich, smoky crust forms. Baste with butter, garlic and thyme, then rest before serving. Best cooked medium-rare for a juicy, tender centre and maximum flavour.
