Cooking & Handling
Heating guidelines are based on defrosted products. Defrost thoroughly at 0-5°C for approximately 8 hours. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guideline only. For best results, remove packaging and heat in a high speed oven (i.e. Merrychef). Contact Danora for individual machine settings. Alternatively remove packaging and place on a baking tray on the centre shelf of a conventional oven and heat at 190°C for between 5-7 minutes until the product is piping hot or a core temperature of above 75°C has been achieved.
