Chicken - Mince

C.J. Butchers
Pack Size: 1kg CW
SKU: BC0013

£7.19

There’s a real simplicity to good chicken mince. Made from 100% chicken, it has a clean, savoury flavour and delicate texture that takes seasoning beautifully, while its naturally leaner profile makes it a lighter way to work with mince without losing the substance of the finished dish.

Prepared by our skilled butchers at CJ Butchers, it gives you a blank canvas to build from. Shape it into tender meatballs or juicy burgers, fold through a rich Bolognese, or season with herbs and spices for koftas and other dishes. Freshly prepared with the versatility to go wherever the menu takes it.
