Chicken Breast (68%), Green Pepper (11%), Onion (10%), Spices (Turmeric, Coriander, Paprika, Black pepper), Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Fully Refined Soybean), WHEAT Flour, Dextrose, Potato Starch, Stabiliser (Sodium Tripolyphosphate), MUSTARD, Glucose, Sugar, Colour (Oleoresin Paprika), Yeast Extract, Rice Bran Oil, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Onion Powder.
Cooking & Handling
Portion: 200g (2 sticks) Cook from frozen Oven Bake (Conventional Oven): 200°C/ Time 20 minutes approx. Remove all packaging Pre heat Oven to temperature indicated. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook as guide Oven Bake (Convection Oven): 180°C/ Time 12 minutes approx. Remove all packaging Pre heat Oven to temperature indicated. Place product on a baking tray in the center of the oven and cook as guide Microwave: 800 W/ Time 4 minutes approx. Remove from all packaging. Place product onto a microwaveable plate in a single layer. Place product into the microwave and heat on full power, cook as guide Cook from defrost Frying Pan: A Medium to High Heat/ Time 10 minutes approx. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Place product into a pan, turn it frequently and cook as guide. Reduce heat if necessary. Please ensure that the product is piping hot before serving. All appliances vary; the following instructions are guidelines only.
