How to Use: Chinese Curry Sauce Mix: 500g / 1000g COLD Water: 2 litres / 4 litres 1. Whisk the curry sauce mix into the COLD water, using the yield table as a guide. 2. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. 3. Simmer for 2 minutes, then it’s ready to serve. 4. Adjust water quantity for a thinner or thicker Chinese curry sauce.
