Ingredients
Whole EGGS, sugar, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), dark chocolate coating 8,2% (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: lecithin, natural vanille flavour), water, cocoa powder 4% (low-fat cocoa powder, acidity corrector: potassium carbonate), baking powder (diphosphate - sodium carbonate, wheat starch (GLUTEN)), salt.
Cooking & Handling
For a warm melting chocolate fondant: Reheat 10 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F OR in the microwave 40-45 sec at 450W power (depending on the power of your oven) OR in the Air Fryer 8 minutes at 180°C (350°F). For a cold and soft chocolate fondant: Thaw 2h at +4°C/40°F.
