A considered blend of 80% British beef chuck and beef flank gives these burgers their rich, savoury character, with visible pieces of beef and delicate flecks of herbs and spices running through the coarse-cut texture. The combination brings plenty of depth while keeping the flavour of the beef at the centre, creating a burger with a satisfying, generously meaty bite.

At 2oz, their smaller format lends itself naturally to sliders, smaller plates and more relaxed burger menus, while the flat shape makes for quick, even cooking. Frozen for convenience and separated for easy handling, they offer the quality and character of a freshly prepared burger with the practicality chefs need during service.
