Made with 80% British beef, including chuck and flank, this 3oz burger has a generous, meaty texture with visible pieces of beef and flecks of herbs and spices throughout. The combination of cuts brings plenty of flavour to the burger, while the seasoning adds depth without taking away from the character of the beef.

Frozen for convenience and prepared by our skilled butchers, the burgers are separated for easy handling and can be cooked straight from frozen. Their 3oz size works particularly well for sliders, quick-cook mains and casual burger menus, giving chefs a quality burger that’s straightforward to portion, cook and serve.
