COOKING INSTRUCTIONS For best results cook from frozen. This is a raw product. Ensure product is fully cooked throughout before serving. Please use instructions as guidelines only. All cooking appliances vary in performance. Deep fry in small batches in pre-heated oil at180°C for 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly before serving. Shallow fry in small batches, Preheat oil in a pan over a medium heat then turn to low and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Oven Bake Preheat a fan-assisted oven and baking tray to 220°C. Place the Blanchbait on the try and spray/brush each side with a little oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
