Cod (FISH) (35%), Water, Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Potato, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Yeast, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Onion, Sage, Parsley, Raising Agent (Sodium Phosphates, Ammonium Carbonate), Pepper Extract, Flavouring.
Cooking & Handling
Cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC fan / 220ºC / Gas Mark 7 for approximately 18 - 20 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. This is a raw product and must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 75ºC for 30 seconds or equivalent.
