Cooking & Handling
DOSAGE 100 g + 1 L = 4 x 250 ml 500 g + 5 L = 20 x 250 ml 1,25 kg + 12,5 L = 50 x 250 ml To comply with Public Health England 2024 Salt target for soups use max: 85 g + 1 L = 1 L PREPARATION - Bring water to the boil. - Reduce heat and stir the powder into the hot water with a whisk. - Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
