Alaska Pollock [Fish, Stabiliser (E451)] Theragra chalcogramma – Caught in Northeast/Northwest Pacific Ocean (50%), Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Thickeners (E1404, E1420), Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Raising Agents (E450, E500), Yeast Extract, Flavouring.
Cooking & Handling
Cook from frozen. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consuming. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180ºC. Deep fry frozen fish for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
