Soybean oil, Chili 30%, Sesame oil, Shallot, Peanut, Sesame, Soy sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Salt, Trehalose*, Perilla Frutescens, Spices (Ginger, Shallot, Sichuan Pepper), Sugar, Flavouring.
*Trehalose is a source of glucose.

It can be widely used as topping for noodles, side sauce for stir-fried rice and dipping sauce.
