vegetables 61% (red peppers, tomatoes, chickpeas, prefried courgette (courgette, sunflower oil), prefried eggplant (eggplant, sunflower oil), red lentils (water, red lentils) spring onion), Freekeh 16.7% (water, smoked green durum WHEAT), sauce (Harissa 8% (grilled red pepper, red chili, tomatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic, sugar, vinegar, water, salt, coriander, cumin, citrus fiber), sunflower oil, garlic puree (garlic, water, vinegar, salt), tomato puree, mixed seasoning (salt, spices, herbs, sugar, dried vegetables (carrots, tomatoes), modified starch, rapeseed oil, spice extracts (cardamom, paprika, lovage)), vinegar, modified starch, chili, natural basil flavour, rosemary extract), black rice (water, black rice).
Cooking & Handling
Let defrost for 16 hours in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. It is also possible to defrost the salad in the microwave on defrost mode. 250g: 6 min on 160W 500g: 8 min on 160W Stir halfway and at the end. Never refreeze thawed products.
