Gratien & Meyer Cuvée Flamme Crémant de Loire Blanc is an elegant French sparkling wine, crafted in the Loire Valley from a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 25% Cabernet Franc and 15% Chenin Blanc. Fresh and lively in character, it combines delicate fruit with a fine, indulgent mousse for a refined expression of Loire sparkling wine.
Aromas of white blossom and lemon zest lead into a crisp palate of golden apple and fresh white fruits, complemented by subtle notes of hazelnut, almond and a gentle hint of liquorice root. Its bright freshness is balanced by a luscious texture, creating a beautifully rounded finish.
With an ABV of 12%, this Crémant de Loire makes a lovely apéritif, equally suited to celebrations and relaxed dining. Its citrus freshness and delicate fruit character pair well with seafood, shellfish, light poultry and soft cheeses.
