Ingredients
Onion (40%), Water, Melon Seeds, Tomato Paste (10%), Sunflower Oil, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Salt Ground Spices (Paprika, Turmeric, Fenugreek Leaves, Black Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds), Tamarind, Coriander Leaves, Spice Extract.
Cooking & Handling
Microwaveable (in a suitable container) Freeze-thaw stable Bain-Marie Stable for up to 3 hours (in a suitable container) Add 1kg of sauce and 1kg Protein/Vegetables to a half gastro, stir, foil and place in a 180c oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
