• Bring to the boil abundant quantity of water, at least 10 parts of water per 1 part of pasta (e.g. 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta); • add salt (10 g per liter of water); . cook for 6 min in boiling water • cook for 35/40 min in oven at 200°C
