Cooking & Handling
Re-bake before serving. Defrost in a refrigerator between 0°C-5°C for approximately 24 hours. Pre-heat oven to 200˚C, fan 180˚C, Gas Mark 6. Place the quiche on a baking tray. Bake for approx. 18 mins.. Do not refreeze or re-heat again.
