Cooking & Handling
Add 3 heaped teaspoons (18g) into a mug or cup. Add 200ml hot milk just off the boil and stir. Alternatively, steam 200ml of milk. Pour 1/3rd of the milk into a heated mug or glass then add 3 heaped teaspoons (18g) of powder and stir well. Add the remainder of the milk and stir.
