Naturally sweet and full of tropical flavour, these pineapple chunks are made from ripe fruit, cut into neat, uniform pieces and individually quick frozen. The IQF process helps retain the pineapple’s natural texture and flavour, while keeping each piece free-flowing for easy portioning straight from the freezer. With no added sugar or preservatives, it offers a simple, convenient way to bring quality fruit to the menu year-round.
From The Farm, part of The Food Heroes, sources and develops frozen ingredients with professional kitchens in mind. The pineapple works particularly well when a bright, fruity element is needed, from blending into smoothies and folding through desserts to adding sweetness to chutneys, sauces and savoury dishes.
