At a generous 16oz, this full-face Horseshoe Gammon Steak makes a striking centrepiece on the plate. Cut across the grain from a whole horseshoe of cured gammon, it offers a tender texture and the deep, savoury flavour associated with traditionally cured pork, with plenty of substance for a hearty serving.

Hand cut by our skilled butchers at CJ Butchers, the steak is ready to cook with little preparation. Grill or pan-fry to develop a beautifully caramelised finish, then serve simply with eggs, chips and peas or build into a more considered main course.
