Butterflied to expose more of the flesh, these Nordic Seafoods Garlic Marinated Prawns combine an attractive presentation with the savoury character of a garlic and herb marinade. Supplied headless but with the shell intact, they retain their natural shape during cooking, while the marinade brings aromatic depth to their naturally sweet flavour.
With 16–20 prawns per lb, they offer a generous seafood portion, particularly suited to grilling or cooking on a hot plancha. Individually quick frozen (IQF), they can be portioned as required without needing to defrost the entire supply.

90 % prawns (CRUSTACEANS). water, humectant (E450, E451, E452). 10 % marinate (water, refined SOYBEAN oil, dextrose, maltodextrin, garlic, salt, onion, SOY sauce powder (SOY, WHEAT), yeast extract, herbs (parsley flakes, thyme, oregano), spice (white pepper). natural flavouring (garlic)).
