Pork (85%), Water, Gluten Free Crumb (Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Bamboo Fibre, Salt, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Paprika Extract), Seasoning (Salt, Potassium Chloride, Rubbed Herbs, Dextrose, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Rice Flour, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Ground White Pepper, Natural flavouring Extracts, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)), Sage. Filled into Natural Pork Casing.
Cooking & Handling
Remove all packaging. GRILL: For pest results grill. Place under a pre-heated grill at medium heat for approximately 15-20 minutes turning occasionally. SHALLOW FRY: Place in a pre-heated frying pan. Cook over a low to medium heat for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning frequently throughout. OVEN: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated over for 25-30 minutes. Turn Occasionally. Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
