Cod Goujons (FISH) (50%), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Dextrose, Black Pepper, Raising Agents (E450, E500), thickener E415.
Cooking & Handling
Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide; do make sure our goujons are piping hot throughout before serving. Once cooled please do not reheat. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the goujons on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 18 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in. Deep Fry: Remove all packaging and place the goujons into hot oil (180°C). Cook from frozen for 3½-4 mins until crisp and golden. Drain on kitchen paper before serving. Scoff before someone else does. Air Fry: Set temperature to 180°C. Remove all packaging and place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Tuck in.
