Cooking & Handling
Defrost at room temperature for 4 hours. OR defrost individual packs at room temperature for two hours. Once defrosted, the scones must be sold and consumed within 2 days. The 2 day Best Before Date MUST be applied by the retailer/caterer. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
