White Wine Vinegar, Water, Fermented Red Habanero Chilli Purée (11%) (Red Habanero Chilli, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid), Onion Purée, Tomato Purée, Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Mango (8%), Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Spices, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sorbic Acid. SULPHITES* * Previously the cumulative sulphite content was 10.186mg/Kg (ppm), hence the declaration of sulphites. Following a change to the sulphite content in White Wine Vinegar, the current cumulative sulphite content is 2.32mg/Kg (ppm).
