Cooking & Handling
Manufacturer recommendation :Reheat product until core temperature of the meat exceeds 75C. Commercially, it, it is up to individual restaurants/pubs to follow their cooking guidelines based on the cooking facility they have on site. This could not be determined by the manufacturing site. All they can advise is that the product should be thoroughly cooked with achieving core temp of at least 75 C.
