Cooking & Handling
Product is supplied frozen and must be defrosted before use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Defrosting Instructions In the refrigerator: approximately 3 hours at +4°C In the microwave: approximately 1 minutes 30 seconds at 900 W Cooking Instructions Grill: Preheat to 190°C and cook for about 4 minutes Oven: Preheat to 190°C and cook for about 8 minutes
