Simply add any ingredients to make a flavoured hollandaise or add tarragon to create the perfect Bernaise. Suitable for vegetarians, bain-marie stable, suitable for freezing and commercially sterile unopened.

Water, vegetable oils (soya, corn), butter (MILK) (5%), modified starch, rice flour, white wine, sugar, EGG yolk powder (0.8%), emulsifier (E472d), salt, flavourings (contain MILK), lemon juice concentrate, white wine vinegar, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), stabiliser (diphosphates), yeast extract, onion powder, turmeric, paprika extract, acid (citric acid).
