Honeydew melon is a smooth-skinned melon with pale green to yellowish flesh inside. It has a soft, juicy texture and a mild, sweet flavour that’s less intense than fruits like mango or pineapple.
It’s commonly eaten fresh in fruit salads or on its own, especially chilled, because its light sweetness and high water content make it very refreshing.
