Cooking & Handling
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: For Fan assisted ovens – Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 190oC, bake at 170oC for 20 minutes. For Non fan assisted ovens – Bake from frozen at 200oC for 45 minutes. If applicable the top and bottom heat of individual decks should be the same. Baking times will vary depending on the type of oven used. These products are to be closely observed during the final stages of baking to avoid over baking.
