After a thorough quality check upon reception and a possible storage under controlled conditions, our potatoes are graded, washed, peeled and cut into pieces of pre-defined dimensions. The obtained pieces are then blanched, dried, pre-fried, frozen and packed. Roast Potatoes.

Cooking & Handling
For best and quick results: 250°C (482°F), 0% Humidity, fan 5. Preheat the oven, Add the fat (goose, duck, beef fat or vegetable oil) on a baking tray and preheat for 5 mins. Arrange frozen product in a single layer to the hot fat, gently toss and cook for 15 minutes. Shake well or stir after 15 minutes and cook for another +/- minutes. Drain off the excess fat before serving. Alternative: Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F-FAN 5), humidity 0%. Add fat to a baking tray (goose, duck, beef fat or vegetable oil) and pre-heat the fat for 5 minutes. Arrange the frozen product in a single layer to the hot fat, gently toss and cook for 15 minutes. Shake well or stir after 15 minutes and cook for another +/- 15 minutes. Drain off the excess fat before serving. Do not overcook and check if product is piping hot before serving. Reduce cooking time when preparing smaller quantities.
