Generously sized with vibrant orange skin and juicy flesh, these oranges offer a refreshing balance of natural sweetness and citrus tang. Their fragrant zest and plentiful juice make them a versatile ingredient for professional kitchens, from freshly squeezed juice and breakfast buffets to desserts, dressings and marinades.
Sliced into segments, they add colour to fruit salads and plated desserts, while the juice brings brightness to sauces and glazes. Their natural sweetness also pairs beautifully with chocolate, duck and seasonal salads, offering plenty of scope beyond the fruit bowl.
