Cooking & Handling
For best results heat the sausage rolls from frozen in a conventional oven or pie heater rather than using a microwave. In a pre-heated fan assisted oven / gas oven: 25 minutes at 170 °C / Gas Mark 5. In a pre-heated ‘Pukka Pies’ heater: 40 minutes on full. Take special care: When heating the sausage rolls, please line the shelf with foil or greaseproof paper to ensure that they are served in perfect condition. To prevent burning always turn the heater down when the rolls are up to temperature. These are only guidelines as individual equipment may vary.
