White chocolate 22% (sugar, whole MILK powder , cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), salted butter (butter (MILK), salt), sugar, pasteurised free range EGG, white chocolate chunks 10% (sugar, whole MILK powder , cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sweetened condensed MILK (whole MILK, sugar), lemon curd 4% (sugar, free range EGG, water, salted butter (butter (MILK), salt), concentrated lemon juice, lemon oil, gelling agent (agar)), PISTACHIO NUTS 4%, gluten free OAT flour, flaked PISTACHIO NUTS, rapeseed oil, sea salt, lemon oil, raising agents ((mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), corn starch), thickener (xanthan gum).
Cooking & Handling
Keep frozen until required. Remove individual slices whilst frozen. Defrost for 2-3 hours at ambient temperature. Once defrosted, keep covered at ambient temperature and use within 3 days. Keep covered in fridge overnight.
